We've only used this scale three or four times, and everytime we use it I find myself wondering why we waited so long to get it. I've used it a few times to weigh books for mailing before taking it to the Post Office and have found it to be pretty darn accurate. We even used it to weigh a carry-on suitcase we took onboard a flight to San Francisco last week. In the past we've used our bathroom scale or have hung the luggage on a hand held scale, but it was never very accurate or reassuring. I haven't used the tare feature yet, but otherwise this scale is everything we were looking for without costing a fortune. I like that an AC adapter came with the purchase. It shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. We're very happy with this purchase.

I bought this scale and it was DOA. It never even powered up. Fortunately, Amazon gave me a full refund.

Comapared it to Post Office's scale for 1 item and was accurate to the ounce. Have not used it much since but feel like
it is a good value for the money (aprx $28)
