This is a really solid knife and by far the best folding razor knife i have seen.

5 out of 5 stars Buy this knife   August 12, 2010
Oleg Rakhmanchik (New York, NY United States)
This is the best utility knife I've ever laid eyes on. It was love at first sight. The knife exudes top notch quality and durability for many years to come for the price of a buffet lunch. Pros are as follows:

- Looks and feel high quality and durable, wood grain handle is a nice touch
- Clever blade release/locking and folding mechanism
- Price is good
- Easy to change blades
- Slim and compact, doesn't get in the way and gets in more places

I only wish there was a place for an extra blade or two, but the knife is so compact its understandable that there isn't one.

5 out of 5 stars Not a small knife   July 29, 2010

I own this knife and use it on a regular basis. I like how it functions and looks. The mechanism that holds the blade in works well and has never failed to hold the blade. It is easy enough to swap out a broken or used blade for another (sometimes I have to study it a little to remember how). Even though it only holds one blade and is slightly smaller than some others that hold multiple blades I wouldn't want to carry it around in my pocket because of its size. I wear a belt and that is where I keep mine. It is very nice to simply "end for end" the blade or put in a new one when the current one is too dull or breaks. No need to put up with a non razor-sharp blade anymore.

3 out of 5 stars Great knife, but some problems   June 22, 2010
Dave Fahnestock (Lancaster, PA)
I got this knife for my husband for Christmas after carefully research. He loved it for the first couple months until the screws that hold the belt clip on the knife fell out. Some of the other screws followed suit. This really is a great knife, bar the whole "screws coming loose" thing. He got the Bessey PVC knife for Father's Day and is thinking of gluing the screws in somehow so they stay in.

1 out of 5 stars Broke while cutting up the cardboard amazon box it came in...   June 4, 2010

I've owned a TON of utility knives in my search for the "ONE"...sadly, this wasn't it and I'm dumbfounded by all the positive reviews here on this site. This knife lasted all about 5 minutes and literally broke the first time I used it -- cutting up the Amazon box it came in. The head on the bolt that holds the body of the knife together sheared right off and now it's a wobbly/useless mess. I'm too busy/lazy to fuss with the RMA to send this back, so I'll retire it to my drawer of other misfit utility knives. I can also confirm that this knife is way too heavy to carry in a pocket all day. FYI...my current go-to knife is the Stanley 10-816L matched with a Bucket Boss 54042 knife holder, but still looking...
