What I like about this organizer is how heavy duty it is. The tools that I find most useful are the clipboard and Envelope. The clipboard is a handy place for quick access to work in progress. The envelope is great to fit odd sized documents. I was impressed that the envelope had lots of room. I keep a few magazines in it that are of fairly heavy weight and it has held up very well with the weight. I didn't like the pocket on the inside of the front cover much--any item that I put in there falls out whenever I open the binder. But I do appreciate the elastic closure that keeps everything secure when the binder is closed--I've never had any items fall out when the elastic band is secured.

This is very nice. Sturdy, flexible, durable, versatile. And modern in the sense of the storage opportunities. It is expandable, so it offers flexible opportunities for adaptation to your needs. Perhaps the price could be more comfortable? I am happy with it, and can think of more demanding people that shall be happier with its potential.

i ordered this item and reviewed it. i found that it was pretty comprehensive and well thought out. i gave it to my daughter, who has major problems with inattention, in order to help her to plan her school day and homework assignments. this package has been a great addition and it has been very beneficial for helping her to stay on target. the only "thing" that i found necessary to modify was to have her teacher initial my daughter's account of her homework and then to have me or mom initial the homework completed. this has been absolutely fabulous! I give it a solid A. of course, these organizational packets are only as good as the person following through with them. if somebody doesn't want them, they won't work. this comes highly recommended!

I am not overly impressed with this product. My first impression was that of cheaply made plasticky construction. For $30.00 I would hope for more in that regard.
The unit also seems rather large and bulky for the amount of function I got out of it. I ended up using it to hold various electronics manuals and backup discs for my computer system. I did seem to have a cool way of holding folders in place, but I didn't need to use that for what I was doing with it. Getting items in and out of the various storage options is cumbersome and I felt i could do almost as well with a cardboard box. Honestly, I would look elsewhere if you had a large project to organize and needed to keep expanding your storage of related materials. Overcomplicated, bulky and cheaply made means I would have most likely asked for a refund if I hadn't received this through the Vine program.

I was hoping the Pendaflex I.Organize system would pack a little more of a punch, considering the way it's described. Don't be fooled, this is not a very high quality "Project Management System." It's functional if you have a small project you need to get organized, or if you just need to file some documents related to a specific purpose (i.e. taxes, job). If you need it for any more than that, however, you're going to be out of luck. It's a rather flimsy binder, and the filing pages aren't much better. As for the so called "clipboard," I'm sure that if you have kids, you could find a higher quality clipboard somewhere in their toy box. In the end, if you have a few documents, notes, and/or CD's you need to file away, this will function decent enough, but if you need it for more than that you should probably look elsewhere at higher quality filing systems.
